1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jz159", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jz159 platform and its operating entity, which holds an international offshore gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the jz159 website accessible at https://jz159.io, including all sub-pages, the casino lobby, sportsbook, account management system, and payment cashier.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their jz159 Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by jz159 under specific bonus offers, subject to separate wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the jz159 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2.4 jz159 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the jz159 Platform. This requirement applies to all Players regardless of the laws of their country of residence. jz159 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and may request age-verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to a Player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits will be returned, subject to deduction of any bonus amounts already awarded.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the jz159 Platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these terms. jz159 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers, and forfeit all balances in such cases.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including providing a name that does not match the payment method used for deposits — is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Restricted Territories

jz159 does not accept Players from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under national law and where jz159 does not hold a local licence. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jz159 accepts no liability for Players who access the Platform in breach of applicable local laws.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 jz159 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jz159 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3 You must notify jz159 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. jz159 may place a temporary freeze on your Account pending investigation. jz159 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4.4 jz159 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and payment processes. However, no system is entirely immune to security risks, and jz159 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on jz159 is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited. jz159 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within two to six hours for standard verified Accounts during regular operating hours. Gold VIP and Platinum Elite members benefit from expedited processing times as set out in the VIP Programme terms. jz159 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Verification Requirements

jz159 may request KYC documentation at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

5.4 Currency

All Player balances on jz159 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Where a payment method processes the transaction in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. jz159 is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jz159 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Bonus funds are held in a separate Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance is wagered first. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.3 Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet limit permitted during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The maximum bet limit during active bonus play is ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sports bet unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

6.4 jz159 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are subject to active wagering at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms stated at the time of acceptance.

6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus structures, or coordinating with other Players to collectively meet wagering requirements — constitutes a prohibited activity and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the jz159 sportsbook are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7.2 jz159 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of price error, manifest error, match manipulation, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.

7.3 In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of jz159. jz159 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the official result of an event are void.

7.4 Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. The maximum single-event payout on cricket markets is ৳5,000,000. Maximum parlay and accumulator payouts are subject to the limits displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.

7.5 Disputes regarding the settlement of bets must be submitted to jz159 support within 30 days of the event outcome. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

8. Casino Games

8.1 All casino games available on the jz159 Platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-run statistical performance over millions of game rounds.

8.2 In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnection during a game round, or display errors that result in an incorrect payout being shown — jz159 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical malfunctions.

8.3 Live dealer games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live dealer game are those of the respective game studio and are displayed within the game interface. jz159 accepts no liability for errors by live dealer studio staff, provided that jz159's own platform systems operated correctly.

8.4 Maximum bet limits apply to all casino games. These limits are displayed within the game interface. Attempting to place bets in excess of the stated maximum may result in the bet being rejected or the excess amount being returned to the Player's Account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jz159 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled wagers, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or documentation.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets to guarantee a mutual profit.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform software or game logic, whether discovered intentionally or accidentally.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit price discrepancies between jz159 and other platforms.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using jz159 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Abusing the jz159 bonus system, including claiming bonuses through multiple Accounts or using coordinated play to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jz159 support staff or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the jz159 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jz159 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jz159 Platform without prior written authorisation from jz159.

10.3 The jz159 name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of the jz159 brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 jz159 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz159 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11.2 jz159 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or loss of betting opportunity due to platform downtime.

11.3 jz159's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jz159's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jz159's negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 jz159 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Requests to activate deposit limits, self-exclusion, or account closure are processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification of the Player's identity.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jz159 holds its offshore gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Bangladesh.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jz159, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. jz159 operates an internal complaints process and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jz159's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to independent arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body agreed between the parties. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14.4 You may not bring a class action claim against jz159. All disputes must be pursued on an individual basis.
